What we collect

• If you use the plan form: your name, email, app answers, and the photos you upload. Required fields cannot be skipped.
• If you pay: Polar processes payment details. We receive order identity and the email Polar shares with us. We do not see full card numbers.
• Hosting logs (IP and request metadata) from the site host. No advertising pixels are installed by us.

Why

To deliver the paid presentation audit you requested (contract) and to answer email. Adults only. Legal basis for EU residents: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running a small site. Photos of you are sent by you on purpose.

Photos

We analyse only photos you own and upload on the plan form. We do not log into dating apps or scrape profiles. We do not sell photos. We do not use customer photos in marketing, even blurred. We do not infer ethnicity, sexuality, or health. We delete the image files within 14 days of receipt, or sooner if you ask. The written plan we email you is yours to keep; we do not need to store it after sending. This public site is meant to stay quiet: no customer faces, and any founder photos are shown with the face covered.

Retention

Photos: ≤14 days. Order email and Polar records: as long as needed for refunds, tax, and accounting. You can ask what we hold and ask for deletion of photos immediately at the contact email.

This website

The checklist and example pages do not require an account. Photos are uploaded on the plan form at /start.html.

Minors

The service is for people 18 or older. If we believe a photo shows a child, we stop, delete, and do not deliver an audit.
